Anna Ogier-Bloomer is a fine artist and arts career specialist who has worked in career services in the arts for over 15 years. She has led arts career services at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles and has held positions in career services at the School of Visual Arts, Parsons School of Design, and The New School, all in New York City. She also served as the Director of Curricular and Academic Planning at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Anna has been faculty in both studio art and professional practices and has taught at the School of Visual Arts’ MFA Fine Arts and MFA Visual Narrative programs, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the City University of New York. She holds an MFA in Photography and Related Media from Parsons School of Design, and MPS in Digital Photography from the School of Visual Arts, and a BFA in Fine Arts from SMFA at Tufts University. Anna is a trained Fulbright Program Advisor, and participated in the FPA Development Program through the Institute for International Education in New York City and Washington, D.C.

Anna currently serves as Co-Chair of the Services to Artists Committee for the College Art Association, and has presented arts career sessions for CAA, the AICAD Symposium, and more.
